First Blog

Hi!
My first try at a blog post! I figured it would be a good way to keep up to date on all the goings on of 3E Fitness... lets see how it goes! Hopefully it is a good medium to share info.

Taylah is going to type something now, I figured that since she is right here virtually sitting on the keyboard I should give her a shot.....

ok so that was it, it took much longer than it actually reflects! There was more beeps and windows popping up than actual letters being successfully typed!
